The LabMaster-aw “NEO” uses the HygroClip2 sensor technology, which combines advanced humidity and temperature sensors. It can accurately measure the vapor pressure of water in a sample relative to the atmosphere and calculate the aw (water activity) value in real time.

A device for measuring the amount of free water in samples such as all types of food, animal feed, medicine, grains, and cosmetics, etc., with an Approved Method according to AOAC 978.18B standards.
