Honeywell FSL100-UV/IR Flame
The Honeywell FSL100-UV/IR Flame Detector is an optical flame detector that uses ultraviolet (UV) and infrared (IR) sensors with flicker-frequency analysis to spot hydrocarbon and non-hydrocarbon fires up to 25 meters (80 feet) away while blocking false alarms from sunlight, arcs, or welding.
Key Specifications
- Detection Range: Up to 25 m (80 ft) for a standard fire
- Field of View: 90° horizontal and vertical cone of vision
- Power Supply: 10–28 VDC (12–24 VDC nominal)
- Outputs: 4–20 mA source/sink and SPDT alarm/fault relays
- Enclosure: Glass-reinforced polyester (GRP), IP65 rated, self-extinguishing UL94 V-0Certifications: ATEX Zone 2/22, FM 3611 (Class 1, 2, 3 Div 2), FM 3260, EN 54-10
Operational Features
- False Alarm Immunity: Ignores sunlight, artificial lighting, and electrical welding arcs beyond 3 meters.
